I love leg day. Your legs are a huge muscle group. Whenever you lift your largest muscle groups chest, legs, back your body produces testosterone that then flows throughout the rest of your body aiding the rest and repair process of all your muscles. So as with everything in life, its a trade off: you trade upper body comfort for lower body soreness after 24 hours. Another thing, the soreness that I know will come is only a sign that my body is actively working to fix a problem.
