Sep 8, I have tried reinstalling steam and EU4 I have tried unenabling and reinabling the steam sync I have tried putting eu4 as an exception on windows defender, i had this off before.
I have tried closing eu4, un subscribing all mods, deleting both workshop and documents folders and then resubbing. When i do the reload installed mods, only some of them come back? When managing the playsets why is this so complicated now?
